Last month, I was in Qatar, to meet with the Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, His Excellency Al Sheikh Ahmedbin Abdullah Ghurab Al Marri.The visit was organised by THF partner Qatar Charity, and we discussed the new initiatives of The Humanitarian Forum. The Minister was very supportive of the organisation's aims, believing strongly in increasing the capacity of CBOs and SCOs, to maximise the efficiency of funds.
